Nothing definite: This may just be from swallowed pool water but be vigilant.To be blunt, kids bottoms and the germs they sometimes leak can be spread in a pool.The worrisome germs rrange from a parasite giardia to viruses like the regular stomach bug or the germ e.coli. Monitor the situation and if the pattern worsens have her evaluated.
