Bleeding & ligation: Sometimes menstrual cycle periodicity is changed after tubal ligations because of an interruption of veins between the ovary and uterus. This usually shortens cycles to about 21 instead of 28+ days. You need to see your GYN MD if this continues for assessment as every two week cycles can cause anemia.
