Why does a urine infection keep appearing on culture and yet i feel fine - no pain, discomfort or smell?

May not be real: A few percent of folks, especially women, have persistent bacteria in the urine. Nobody really knows what to do about this. Without signs or symptoms, you may want a second opinion before taking medication to treat it.
