Go see Dr: On occasion home pregnancy test may be negative even with actual early pregnancy. It would be helpful to go in and have a blood test done by your doctor..

Anovulation: Recheck the pregnancy test. If you're really not pregnant, you probably have not ovulated in this cycle. If you're trying to conceive, medicine can be used to encourage ovulation. If you're not, then other medicine can be used to both prevent pregnancy and keep your cycles regular.
