Itchy nipple: Your profile lists you as 22, so please update your profile if that is incorrect. First try a moisturising cream on the itchy area. Try not to scratch at it, because that usually makes the itching and irritation worse. If that doesn't help, try hydrocortisone cream 1%, a small amt twice a day for no more than 10 days. If no better, see your doctor.
