Late periods: Periods can be "late" for a variety of reasons, including pregnancy. If you are not sexually active periods can be delayed by several medical conditions such a malnutrition, exercise, weight loss, and thyroid issues. If no menses in 3 months, see a GYN MD for an examination to clarify why.
