You need advice: from someone who cares and knows something about many illnesses, both physical and mental. Ideally it would be a counselor or therapist if you have access to them in China. This is probably not serious, and it would help a great deal to talk to someone who does not judge you but will work with you to find the cause and help you to feel better. Good luck!
