Hard to say: Since we don't know the details of your pregnancy condition it is hard to make a blanket statement. If your health is stable it is probably fine. If you have been troubled by recurrent vomiting or dehydration it might not be wise.Your current source of health care is in a better position to know.

If you are healthy: without specific complications – travel is usually safe up to 36 wks of pregnancy. Exteme nausea and vomiting could be quite problematic. To increase safety & comfort– hydrate well, get up & walk about every 2 hours, select an aisle seat, avoid carbonated beverages & use a seat belt. Avoid extremely long flights. Your obstetrician will be in the best position to tell you if air traffic is ok.
