For Many, Yes: Many people feel nausea before they menstruate. There is a plethora of symptoms that accompany "that time of the month" for many, although not all, women. It is commonly called pre-menstral syndrome, or pms for short. Nausea, lethargy, increased emotions, etc are all known possible effects of the body going through it's normal monthly cycle. NO: It is part of pms and is ? Probably accompanied by chocolate, sugar or salt craving. It is caused by poor diet, especially sugary stuff.
