is it safe to take dhea and citalopram?

Serotonin: Always is to run it by your prescriber. Sometimes that isn't helpful. Don't just take it. Check interaction checker like: http://reference.medscape.com/drug-interactionchecker -I am not endorsing this one specifically. Some don't include all supplements, so you have to use good judgement and search. In this case there is reason to worry, need to follow up with MD and follow their advice
