Unlikely : Grade 3 chrondromalcia basically means early arthritis of your kneecap. Extremely common.You need to discuss w/ your ORS and not your radiologist.(2) fissures? How do u know...? In order to have any fissures chrondromalcia is present . At any rate, articuclar cartilage does not heal but I would not worry about it. See ORS for remedies to avoid progression. Best of Luck!
