Im trying to get pregnant but i feel like my vagina is too hostile for sperm. what are some tips to make my vagina environment more suitable for sperm?

Your vagina is a "self-cleaning oven" so just let it be. Sperm prefer a more basic and less acidic environment. The problem is your vagina needs to be acidic to keep out pathogens (i.e. bacteria). If you need to use a lubricant, use mineral oil (cheap).
