A member asked:

Relatives from india are coming to live permanently with us could they carry diseases like hepatitis or malaria from third world country?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: They won't transmit malaria. Most Americans have already had hepatitis A subclinically, and are immune to hepatitis B. Hepatitis C travels by needles, mostly. Dengue and Chikungunya need an arthropod vector. I wouldn't be concerned. Have a good time with your relatives.
