See a GYN: It may heal on its own, but since the area is not a "clean" area, it is at risk for infection. If it isn't bleeding heavily, you can try letting it heal on its own. But if it won't stop bleeding, looks infected or you need something for the pain besides tylenol, (acetaminophen) see a doctor.
