15mg armour for 2months. bp and hr spikes after day of yardwork. how long til armour out of system? any home treatment for over the wknd for spikes?

Need more info.: Avoid caffeine and any added salt. You will need additional testing and evaluation by your primary care doctor. Most likely there are other causes of this - by BP and HR "spiking" question how high is BP and how fast is your HR, any symptoms - sweating, chest discomfort, dizziness, fainting. Does it only happen after day of yard work? Please see you primary care doctor for an evaluation.
