Normal variation: The menstrual calendar does not follow the Gregorian calendar and Mother Nature has her own cycle of events. This is a normal variation if the cycle length is between 26 and 34 days. If it is not, see a GYN MD for assessment.

Your hormones are in: .. flux for some reason, so hang on for the ride. Irregular periods and spotting could mean you may have some hormonal imbalance that could be affected by many different factors including nutrition, stress, psychological well being, infection, medications, and others. I would not worry too much unless you lose your period entirely for 4-8 weeks then I would check a pregnancy test.
