Cervical mucous: Cervical mucous changes throughout the menstrual cycle due to hormonal changes. Some notice it more than others and for most it is difficult to use cervical mucous as a guide to predict or confirm ovulation. If you feel your discharge is abnormal schedule a visit for infection testing. If sexually active consider birth control.
