Antibiotic: Sounds like large circle 4 x 2 cm redness on your arm which may indicate " cellulitis" ( skin infection ) . I am not familiar with product you so far used. But if redness spreading it is best to see doctor. it may require oral antibiotics . If you have " boils" than pus should be drained and wound well cleansed. For minor skin infection topical antibiotic cream as "mupirocin" can be used 3 x day
