Vaginal bleeding: If the sex was particularly rough, you could have a slight trauma in the vagina that is bleeding. If it is painful or doesn't stop in another day or two, go see someone. If the bleeding is heavy, with clots, you may be losing quite a lot of blood, which could lead to anaemia, and can cause dizziness, palpitations and shortness of breath. If so, see a GYN. Check a pregnancy test to be sure.
