Biopsy white patches: There are a number of causes of white patches of skin on the vulva. To determine what it is requires a biopsy for diagnosis and to make sure its not a cancer. See your Ob/Gyn for a biopsy. Best wishes!

See your Doctor: There are a few different conditions in which the vulva skin becomes white in colour; some are serious, some are not. If the pale skin feels rough and feels different to the rest of your vulva skin, its less likely that the whiteness is due to just loss of pigment (called vitiligo). Its important to see your Dr & get it checked out. All the best!
