Like killing fleas: One can squash the little bugger between two hard surfaces. That means grabbing the louse and rubbing it between your fingers to disoriented the little bugger. Then quickly roll it onto your thumbnail and use BOTH thumbnails to sandwich it... and in one quick motion, grind it to mush.
