See answer: Difficult to tell from limited information and absence of a urinalysis what and if a problem at all. Number of limited possibilities: prostate irritation/inflammation, urethral stricture, infection, etc. Though likely nothing serious, because this appears to be both a new problem and one that is intermittently persisting, recommend seeing a physician and preferably a urologist if available.
