Same OCP: Both Sronyx and orsythia have 20mcg of ethinyl estradiol and 0.2mg of levonorgestrel. They are the same, but with a different brand name. You should investigate other causes of weight gain and increase in breast size such as pregnancy and low thyroid hormone levels.
