That depends: they may be negligible to severe. 5 to 10% have severe illness with symptoms/ signs of abdominal pain, watery diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, leg cramps, lethargy, dehydration and electrolyte imbalances. Fever doesn't usually play much of a part in Cholera. It is estimated that there are over 100,000 deaths worldwide each year due to Cholera.
