A member asked:

What are the complications of infertility?

4 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

Associations only: associations not complications. For males, low testosterone associated with reproductive dysfunction can cause metabolic syndrome with its own complications. For women, a host of factors are involved in hormone dysfunction that also result in metabolic syndrome longterm. These hormonal changes cause complications in virtually every body system. Breast cancer has also been associated.
