Vomiting and menses: while vomiting is sometimes a sign of pregnancy (morning sickness) its NOT 100%. You may have some type of gastroenteritis NOT associated with pregnancy or your period. Are you on birth control? and taking it regularly? to be certain I would check a urine pregnancy test and repeat it in 5 days if you are still having issues.
