30th more likely: Cervical mucus is not the best measure of ovulation. If your cycles are regular--like every 28-30 days--then you are typically ovulating around cycle day 13-15. Ovulation predictor kits (purchased over the counter) are a more accurate way to pinpoint your ovulation. For the dates listed in your question, it's more likely you ovulated on the 30th (cycle day 14).
