Stomach & pregnancy: Until later in pregnancy your stomach won't have any noticable changes in appearance. As the pregnancy progresses and the uterus distends - your abdomen will be fuller and your stomach will be compressed but other than that - no way to tell if you are pregnant (early on) by looking at your stomach
