Calculating: Take the first day of bleeding to the next first day of bleeding. (1/9-2/20; 2/20-3/21;3/21-4/13; 4/13-5/19). your cycle lengths range from 24-37 days. Subtract 14 from the longest to shortest; (24-14=10; 37-14=23) meaning you ovulate between cycle days 10-23. Remember to count from the first day of bleeding. Well timed intercourse in this interval increases the likelihood of conception.
