Probably not: Generally speaking, the only way to improve pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is to be treated with antibiotics. I wonder if your PID was proven by cervical cultures? If your tubes are severely damaged that can cause a hydrosalpinx which can cause pain chronically. Also, endometriosis is a fairly common cause of pelvic pain. You may need a laparoscopy surgery to know for sure.
