See your doctor: It would be unlikely to be infection showing up less than 24 hours after having sex, but if the white patch does not wash off, it should be evaluated. Also I recommend Pts get cultured for STDs after they begin sexual activity. Even if you used condoms they aren't perfect. If you didn't use a condom then start requiring it. Although not perfect it's the best you have other than abstinence
