For example, a buildup of fluid or air in the chest around the lungs, heart, or even stomach or beneath the diaphragm, or from the intestines. Very strange symptom for a heart attack, but this too is a possibility at your age of 56. Please don't lie around waiting for something to happen. Take an aspirin and go. Now.
