Is there a medicine to take for nausea and tiredness a week before your period?

Birth control pills: See your doctor to discuss this in detail and get blood work and an exam. It may be all you need is birth control pills or you may be anemic. You may have heavy periods and lots of cramps causing this. Of course you will be screened for pregnancy.
