Yes, it does.: The breasts are composed of firm glandular tissue and soft fatty tissue with string like tubes converging at the nipple. Together they make the breast tissue feel lumpy and bumpy with hills, valleys and ridges. That is normal. If you are concerned about what you feel, check the opposite side and see if it has a matching area. If not, see a doctor.
