I started experiencing stiffness and numbness in both hands 3-4d ago and progressively worse pains in my fingers- do i have cts? what can i do?

I doubt it. CTS: presents in a gradual fashion,insidious,and usually not both hands at same time. I suggest you see a Neurologist or Rheumatologist urgently.
