Pemphigus or meds: Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune-mediated inflammatory disorder, so it's possible that the inflammation in the body can lead to fatigue and headaches. Usually patients with PV are on immunosuppressant medicines ( steroids or others). These meds would be more likely to cause these types of side effects, especially steroids. There are also other potential causes since these are vague symptoms.
