Left side pain: May be gas, constipation, rarely could be GERD 9 try ranitidine) , muscle weakness, spigelian hernia( but that hurts even without movement) . Xray will tell if gas, CT if spigelian hernia or abnormality mass in abdomen. f/u /w/ doc
