Here are some...: Glad, up to this time, all tests failed to show anything wrong. Clinically, more info on the onset, duration, interval, progress, evolution, resolution, and possible other related symptoms such as lower back, hip ache, etc. could be useful because intermittent testicular torsion may manifest a high variation in the symptoms as mentioned, & its diagnosis heavily relies on high professional acuity..
