Warty lesion in scrotum. about 2mm. no cauliflower shape, but flat. not noticeable unlessskin fully stretched. last sexual contact 1year. what is this?

See your doctor: Your scrotal lesion should be evaluated by your primary care doctor. Most likely it is a genital wart from HPV, human papilloma virus. It is sexually transmitted and should be treated. You should always use a condom with sex. Your doctor will examine you and possibly do a lab test for diagnosis, and will treat it accordingly. See your doctor asap, and be well!
