Anxiety is amazing!: The things it can seem to do are almost limitless - especially in experienced sensations. Eventually damage may result but early effects on things you 'feel' and how it appears can be wild! Yet, you don't want to miss a sign of other illness that could be treated. So, discuss w/ a Dr - maybe have an exam/tests. Definitely consider CBT to learn management skills and curb anxiety.
