Yes: There are plenty of sperm in precum and it only takes one to impregnate.If she milked the condom while the material was fresh and inserted it into her vagina it could result in pregnancy. However, if this appears fishy it might just be someone else's kid too. There is a paternity test called tie NIPP which can be run on mother's blood as early as 8 weeks.Results are admissible in court.
