???: "depigmented" and "dark" are opposites; which do you have? Or are you saying you have both lighter-than-normal and darker-than-normal patches of skin? If the latter, we need to know where it is, and what pattern it is taking. Photos would be very helpful.

See your doctor: There are several treatable causes. One cause may be a fungal skin infection called tinea versicolor. A doctor would have to see the spots in order to diagnose it.
