Should B safe.-: -the max dose 4 IBP is 2400 mg. As long as you stay below that in a 24 hr period you should B OK. Best to start @ 600mg 4X/day, the if really helps start dropping the dose: 600 then 300, 600 300. You usually find your dose in a few days. Also it is an NSAID so B sure you consider the adverse complications.
