Is it normal for that who had stents inserted into his heart to have difficulty in breathing following the procedure ?

Depends: Some of the medications can cause shortness of breath. If they were placed on Brilinta (ticagrelor), it may be from the medicine. However, if they have any chest pain or shortness of breath is the symptoms they were complaining of prior to stent placement I would have them evaluated immediately.
