i am 43 and had a tubal ligation 9 years ago and an ablation 5 years ago. i started spotting and cramping a little today. is this normal or is pregna?

GYN exam: Given your tubal ligation and ablation, pregnancy is very doubtful. Given your age, I suggest a GYN exam, female hormone and thyroid testing, PAP smear and if needed a uterine sampling biopsy. Please do not ignore these symptoms. You may also require a transvaginal ultrasound.
