Pregnancy activity: During pregnancy, most women can be as active as they were before they got pregnant. This includes traveling, working, exercising, and having sex. At least 30 minutes of exercise on all or most days of the week is recommended. Whether or not you should stop working depends on your health, your baby's health, and what your work involves. Usually you can work up until you go into labor.
