Safe sex: Actually, there are 30+ sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). HIV/AIDS is the worst because it is always fatal if not treated, but many others also are dangerous. "What to do?" But most are easy to avoid by sexual responsibility: care in choosing partners, safe sex (condoms etc) for new or uncertain partners; periodic check-ups to catch infections early.
