Mole removal & pain: Hello, It is normal for you to have some discomfort three days our from a mole removal. Notify your physician if you have increasing redness, swellling, or discharge. Otherwise, you should start to feel a lot better soon. I would clean it at least twice a day. Good luck. Dr. Kosari
