Contact allergy: It is entirely possible to have developed a contact allergy to plant products. If the involvement is extensive, you may need a short course of oral cortisone For limited involvement, topical cortisone cream may be sufficient. Contact your doctor for a RX and start washing any item which might have touched the lilly with liquid detergent to avoid further exposure.
