slight right inguinal pain,not constant.no lumps or bulge visible.it's worse when sitting/lying down but not coughing.pain goes away when standing?

Musculoskeletal?: This sounds like minor musculoskeletal pain, like a strained ligament. Doesn't sound at all serious. Of course see a doctor if it continues, if you have others symptoms like fever, or if you otherwise remain concerned.
